Bill has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in technical journals. He received a B.S. in Fisheries Science and an M.S. in Ecology from the University of Minnesota. Rob Langer Project Management/Vice President staff@naturalshore.com Rob specializes in plant propagation and project management related to ecological restoration. He has over 30 years of experience in restoration, nursery management, wetland and lake assessment, and environmental permitting. He received a B.S. degree in Water Resources from the University of Minnesota Tracy Lawler Ecologist/Maintenance Coordinator staff@naturalshore.com Tracy is an ecologist with over 12 years of experience working with invasive species management and ecological restorations. She received a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota. Jill Langer Nursery Manager staff@naturalshore.com Jill is an avid gardener with years of experience growing plants. She has been managing the NST nursery since 2012. She has over 30 experience managing small business operations. Jill received a B.S. in Business from Union College. Spencer Carlson Restoration Ecologist/Project Manager staff@naturalshore.com Spencer has several years of ecological restoration field experience working with both public and private organizations. Over seeing the installation of 50-100 projects each year. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a B.S. in Conservation Biology, is a certified arborist and MN DNR tree inspector. She is a Master Gardener who has done many teaching demonstrations on planting with native plants. Shirley is also the Vice-President of the MN Native Plant Society. She received a B.S. degree from Smith College.
