Blue wild indigo, also known as blue false indigo, is a long-lived, deep rooted perennial. It is often used in gardens for its attractive foliage, well-behaved stature, and deep blue to purple flowers. Mature plants have a bushy appearance with several branching stems. Blue wild indigo is rabbit and deer resistant and is highly recommended for home landscaping.
