Virginia bluebells is a stunning spring blooming woodland perennial with pastel blue clusters of trumpet-shaped flowers. The whole plant goes dormant in midsummer, storing energy in its roots for the next year. The flowers attract many different pollinators. Virginia bluebells forms colonies and is a great addition to shady gardens.
